  • I have to say that when I first met Amey she was wonderful. The time at my house was incredibly helpful as I had been dealing with an incredibly frustrated baby for weeks. She confirmed my baby's tongue tie and made recommendations on who to see to have it corrected. However my frustration comes after the visit. She explains that she is here to help for two weeks after by text,phone, email. It took two weeks for me to get into the doctor to get my baby's tongue tie fixed ( which I made her aware of) you would hope that she would understand that there may be some questions after the fix. There were several times within the two weeks and after that she just never responded to a question I would ask her. For $140 for an hour and a half you would think she would want to be more helpful. I had a lady I was consulting with before Amey who I didn't pay a dime to but was incredibly helpful,but I chose Amey based on a referral. Disappointing help stops after house visit. I understand if that's what I was paying for, but don't make me believe I have a resource after.
