  • Caitlin was very flexible with last minute accommodations and scheduling for my golden doodle; however the facility/home was horrible. It was filthy and the place reeked of ammonia!!! I mentioned it to Caitlin and she said it was due to make dogs marking their territory. Makes me question how often they take the dogs out. My pets leash and feeding bowl was also misplaced. I was told that I didn't bring it but I can look around for it, found the bowl being used by other dogs. I'm sure my leash walked off too. Although Caitlin is very sweet, the facility was not maintained properly at all!
