As someone who prefers a well done-absolutely no pink steak, I am so thankful I can eat at shulas. I ordered a 16 oz New York strip well done, and it was amazing. The server did warn me that it would take about 30 minutes, because they do not butterfly cut the steak. This is fine because j appreciate that they want to do it right. My steak was juicy, buttery and SO TENDER. So great considering all other steakhouses just char a steak til it's bone dry. Love this place.
