  • Centurylink is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They market one thing and bill something completely different. I have been trying to get my billing corrected for month's with no success. Customer service people lie and tell you what you want to hear and nothing gets rectified. Stay away from Centurylink, they truly are a terrible company. I am looking at alternative providers. Be aware, don't switch, you will pay the price !
