  • You want delicious, crusty breads, decadent croissants, freshly baked goodies? Then do NOT settle for grocery store baked crap--get yourself to Blackbird Baking. If there's a better quality bread or croissant or tart to be had in the State of Ohio, I suspect it must be in Amish country. Blackbird Baking Company is about 15-20 minutes from anywhere in the Cleveland area. I shouldn't brag about it too much as that'll mean less choice for me, a weekly customer. I covet all things Blackbird create. The quality of every single item they bake is 100% top shelf. If you can find a better baked product than at this place (within 50 miles) I'd sure love to know the name and location.
