I went in to this store to buy a specific Stihl chainsaw, and waited until the guy who handled the Stihl products was free. I mentioned a promotion that was on the store's website. He immediately said that the promotion had expired (it hadn't - he just wasn't up to speed with the promotions) and that what is on the website is not their problem, and I was free to contact Stihl if I had an issue. He wouldn't even look at the website page that I had on my phone that clearly showed it was an active promotion. I walked out feeling quite ticked off.
The following week I went to a different Stihl dealer (Alpine Lawn and Garden on Kennedy) and they were very helpful - bought the saw, got the promotion, walked out super happy. So my advice is that if you are looking to buy a Stihl product, give Imperial a miss, and try somewhere else like Alpine. Each Stihl dealer is an independent, and they are not all the same.
