  • It took 1.5 hours for my squad to be seated on a Saturday, so we went to Sitara to kill time. Once seated at SushiMon, the waitress was very patient with us & personable while we took a gander at the menu. She recommended items based on what we liked. All of the rolls came out soon after we placed our orders. Everything was good and tasted fresh, but hardly stuck out to me from their competitors. The notable rolls: Lemon Roll, Chubby, Hurricane, & Sexy Girl. I was starved from the long ass wait that I did not take a single food pic. I also liked the octopus seaweed salad. They have lychee sorbet as a dessert item, with lychee chunks! Reminded me of home (Hawaii). Fyi Goyemon on Decatur is its sister property & has the same exact menu.
