  • This review is specifically regarding Joy, a manager at this location. She provided the best customer service to my family and I. I made an error purchasing tickets. The staff member scanning my tickets immediately told me we could not be seated. Understandable. Joy stepped in and helped us find a solution to our problem. I had a very excited 3 year old, ready to watch the movie and concessions had been purchased. She let us know that we might be out of luck but did her due diligence to get us into the movie. She ended up finding us seats close to the ones we had originally reserved in a very speedy manner. I am so impressed by her patience and ability to work with a customer. I had a happy toddler and great service!
