  • American Home Shield sent this company out to repair our garage door under our home warranty. First the tech was incredibly rude to my sister. Second he tried to say that the cause of the malfunction was due to an electrical surge burning out the mother board. I tried to argue that couldn't possibly be the cause because everything else on the circuit is working fine. He got very rude with me and told me it would be $350 because it wasn't covered on our warranty. I refused, called AHS and got a second opinion. Turns out there was no electrical surge (no kidding!!) and the garage door was replaced under our warranty. This was the worst service I have ever received from a home service repair group!
