  • Man, let me tell you why I gave them 5 stars. When they first replaced my garage doors, everything went very well. About a year after that, I had some problems with the garage opener. So I called my home owners insurance and they sent someone out. The homeowners insurance sent someone, (not A1 garage). They sent someone to fix the garage opener, and the guy told me that the new springs and hinges I had replaced by A1 were done wrong. So I called A1 garage and they sent Danny out. After he looked at them, he told me that the person that told me that they were done wrong, probably was the person who messed it up. I ask Danny if he did it on purpose, why would he tell me to call the people who installed it. He never asked me if I wanted it corrected and he told me that A1 would correct it because they did it wrong. So the guy called a night supervisor and then came back to me and said that I need to pay for it. I was so mad that my wife wrote a review. So Bruce and the owner read my review and called me personally. He apologized to me and said they will correct the mistake. I was so surprised they called me. They sent someone out named Ed and he was great. Then a few weeks later, the owner called me again and asked me how I was doing. I told him that I'm doing good and my new baby is super fat. He laughed and apologized again for all the trouble. I really appreciated that. Then he asked if I wanted a key pad. I was like you don't have to do that. But he insisted. He then asked me to take a picture of my garage opener. I sent the pic and then he said, heck no. I want to give you a new opener, 2 remotes and keypad. I was like oh my goodness. He then sent Seth to my house. Seth was super awesome (ask for him) he is so fast. Seth installed it super quick and was really nice. Honestly, they have a client for life. Seriously, no company has never went out their way for me. I will make sure I tell everyone how awesome the owner (Tommy) and Seth (installer) are. This is a great company to me because they really care about their clients. Awesome job A1!!!!!!!
