  • I love coming here! I imagine this as professional as it gets. They offer a few fun complementary perks on top of your scheduled service that really make them stand out for me. I'll describe the hair cut/blow-dry experience in detail in a moment but feel I should clarify the following first: this is a top pick for a pure primping experience but probably less of one for a more relaxing/solitary/unwinding spa experience. They are very busy and often packed- not to a compromising point but there is a lot always going on! Like I said though, on a utilitarian level this place is perfect and you will leave looking ~beautiful~. Experience: From the moment you call to book your appointment right through to when you walk out the door everyone is so kind and professional. They're really on top of their customer service! They'll take care to address any of your concerns and book you with a stylist that accommodates your price range and suits your particular needs. They have little dressing rooms for you to take off some winter layers and put on a robe. Then you're whisked off to the "massage" station for a 5 minute head and neck massage with the most amazing oils! After your hair is washed they'll bring you to your station where you can enjoy a cappuccino or tea and get your hair done. I haven't stuck with any one particular stylist but I've always been immensely happy with the results! Even after you're finished, there's still one last perk! This spa offers exiting customers "mini-makeovers" right before they leave, which consists of either a foundation or eye-makeup touch-up by one of their makeup artists. These are small things that ultimately add up to a level of commitment to customer satisfaction that goes a very long way. You walk out feeling ready to take on the world! Advice: Like I said, this place is packed, so make sure to book a week in advance to ensure you can get the time (and stylist) you need- maybe even two weeks if it's around any holidays. ****Bonus: they offer 10% for students under 25!
