  • Went in today to see if they would take some books, movies, and games we had. It took almost two hours for the girl to go through our stuff. Meanwhile the other men that were doing other people's stuff had about four or five done in that time. She would click an item in the computer and then look around the room and stare at the computer screen with a blank stare, stall for another ten minutes, and then move on to another item. Its nice to know that they value their customers time.... NOT! We won't make that mistake again.
