The Grind is a nice little place and if I lived within walking distance I might be more inclined to return. Our experience was decent. We got the West Coast Insalata, Mac n cheese, and the buffalo burger. The service was just fine, friendly and helpful but nothing particularly special, which with this place I wasn't expecting anyway. The salad was good but a little too spicy in that it was overpowering I would give it a 6.5. The Mac n cheese was excellent, with lots of flavor and very creamy, it gets a 9 and the buffalo burger was very good however it is $18. I'd give it an 8 but for $18 I expect it to be a 10. We probably won't go back anytime soon, but we are open to giving it another shot in the future. Atmosphere is the worst thing about it. Very small, more of a bar feel than restaurant and definitely not conducive to taking young children, I give it's setting a 5. However they did have live music in the corner which added a little something to the experience. It at least shows they are trying. Overall it's okay.
