  • My experience was short lived. I walked in and asked if I could have a tour. The front desk guy was nice, called a salesman on a radio, twice. Salesman arrived and asked me to fill out a form with my personal info. I explained that I wasn't interested in giving them my info yet, I just wanted a tour and info. He explained that he wouldn't give me a tour w/o my phone# and address. I again repeated that I wasn't going to give him that info. I left and will not be back. From someone who has worked sales before, this is a sales tactic, they call you later, email you and put you on a mailing list. More commonly known ad "high pressure sales." This place is money driven and has no respect for privacy. Only business I've been to that didnt respect me when I declined giving info. From what I read here, seems more like a pretentious day spa, than a fitness facility. I'm not so impatient that I can't wait 10 sec for equipment, nor am I too lazy to clean my own equipment (before and after). Based on others reviews.... If I can't trust you with my kids, then I won't trust you with my business.
