  • Barely earned one star. I used two men and a truck to move last summer. The two young men who helped us move were good for the most part. They showed up 2hrs late and took ALL day. They didnt finish till around 9pm and we literally moved less than 3 miles away. They left the screw for the head board at our old house, so we couldn't put the bed together until the next day. They also damaged our very expensive glass table and entertainment system. I reported the damages with the movers as well as Chris (who is in charge of damages). They sent someone out to access the damages and had someone come fix the entertainment system. However, it has been almost of year of trying to get in contact with Chris to have out glass table fix and conveniently he is never in the office and never returns the messages left to him. I am extremely upset that I can't even atleast get a call back or some type of update. Hopefully this rate and review can get a response . I will not be using them again. **UPDATE 5/3/16** I was contacted by Chris and there appeared to me some miss communication between him and furniture company. Chris did apologize for the miscommunication. The part to fix our table was never ordered by the furniture company. It has now been ordered and we will have to wait some weeks for it to come in.
