  • As other reviews have mentioned, ABC tends to employ a rather unpleasant office assistant. On several occasions, either asking to suspend service for vacation, or calling for payment information, she has been rude. Generally, the phone was answered with a terse "Hello," which prompted me to ask if this was indeed ABC Sanitary. I would get "of course" as a response. Aside from the office staff, the haulers would generally make quite the mess when picking up. Once, I left a mirror to be picked up next to my can. They ended up breaking it in my drive way, and instead of cleaning it up, left the broken glass for me to discover once I arrived home. After 8 years of poor service I finally switched away to another company.
