  • Ordered the Mr. Grey ice cream rolls, got to see them make it. The rolls are quite pricey ($7) and there's 5 different combinations or signatures you can pick from. I noticed that the rolls were very quick to solidify but traditionally, Thai ice cream take much longer to work with to change its state and hence make it a creamer texture. With this, I felt like it wasn't as creamy as I expected but I'm glad I got to try it out.
