  • The military could not move us at the last minute and Adam confidently assured me that his company could help us out. I requested 2 helpers for 6 hours for loading and unloading, Adam told me that we would get a 24' truck. One helper showed up at 2pm, two more showed up an hour later with a 16' truck to move our 3 bedroom home, stating that the company that they rent their trucks from did not have a 24' truck available. This doubled the time of our move from 6 hours to almost 12 hours, my boyfriend left the storage facility at midnight after unloading the second load of our belongings. The crew did the best they could but I have no idea how they tolerate working for such an inadequate company. If you want reliable, professional movers, do not use this company!! Awful experience.
