DryTech required 7 weeks to complete a 4-5 day job. The workers themselves and the work they did was fantastic. Beto, Jose and Vardan were courteous, hard-working and did great quality work. The problem with DryTech was in their scheduling, customer relations and general organization. I rarely received more than 24-hrs notice when a team would be stopping by to do work. I never got an accurate estimation and all estimations of work were requested by me. The entire process required me to take countless hours off of work and sometimes even sitting around waiting for the crew to show up 5-6 hours late, work for an hour and then tell me they had to come back the next day, unscheduled. I left several messages for the DryTech project coordinator and don't recall ever getting a call back. Maybe once. Always a guessing game. Very disorganized and unprofessional as a company. It's a shame that their skilled workers are being overshadowed by an operation like this.
