  • coming in to the store i was barley greeted without any smile. i came in to get my screen protector replaced as i was told when i bought it that if it bubbles up i could have it replaced no problem.. well there was a problem. Mikayala said that i could not get it replaced that i would have to call customer service and talk to them and "complain enough" to them for them to fix the problem. I go home and call them and they told me they have no power over acc. so i call back and speak to her on the phone and she has a attitude with me telling me that Jhon who sold me the phone and screen protector that he wasn't even employed with them until after when i have his name on my receipts, and i end up telling her this info and she tell me " i apologize about it but there isn't anything we can do you can call and get a new one sent to you" i won't be coming back to this store and probably switching phone carriers, not worth the hassle.
