Having issues with my blood pressure post delivery I was told by my doctor to go to the nearest ED. Patient care was on point. The lady at check in was so sweet. I only had to wait five minutes to be taken back. The nurses and physicians were fabulous dealing with my swollen-ankled, emotional postpartum self. The PCT needs a brush up on how to take blood pressure but was still a nice guy. The facility is in need of some major updates; the staff deserves it. It was also just an unsettling atmosphere but I guess thats to be expected. The toilet I used to collect my urine specimen had a huge poo streak on it. Big scary guys with bloody gashes on their faces were wandering down the hallways. Policemen were all over the place. I was grateful for the care I received there but so relieved to be transferred to the Shea campus to continue my care.
