  • Was not impressed. These guys walked in here with dirty shoes and left foot prints all over my freshly mopped hardwood floor. I expected them to either change to a clean pair of shoes or wrap the ones they wore with plastic but they did not. When I first made arrangements to have my carpet cleaned, the guy who answered told me rugs were $10 but he'd throw it in for free. When they got here, I had ask one of the guys how much it was to clean an area rug bc I had another and he said I think $15. I did not argue bc I wanted it done. The rug was in my garage so the other guy followed me there and I showed him where it was. He immediately opened the rug on the garage floor. As I was telling him no bc garage floors are dirty and greasy, he replied, I just wanted to see how big it was. He did not flinch or stop and opened the rug all the way. And when I told him my concern, he did not applogize. He brought that rug in and as I suggested they clean it in the back yard, I was ignored as they swiftly laid it out on my living room floor. Now what was on the garage floor was now on my living floor. As one guy was cleaning it the other had to step on the corners with his dirty shoes to stop it from moving. They did not go over that corner to ensure cleanliness in that area after being stepped on. That made me cringe even more. They do not treat other peoples' property as if it were their own. I'm very meticulous when it comes to cleaning and transfer of dirt and I would never use this company again. Not professional at all. I can't say too much about the carpet as my carpet is brown and not dirty at all as I don't allow shoes on it. I made a mistake by saving a few bucks but next time im just going to pay more for a more reputable place.
