I saw Sylvana a couple of times.
The first time, I was impressed. She was very personable, took her time, cut as little hair as possible (just enough to give it a good shape) and gave me overall a good haircut. I thought that I had found "the one".
When I went back to see her several months later for a shaping , she was overbooked and rushed. I felt quite uncomfortable with other clients clients staring at me., waiting their turn. She seemed to be doing 3 cuts/blowdrys per hour, i.e., 20 minutes each.
She must have felt uncomfortable as well. She didn't remember what she had done the first time as she sped through the haircut, cut off large amounts, changed the style completely and left me with a helmut -like 'do that would have required a live-in hairstylist to blowdry, backcomb and hairspray it every day to keep it from looking like a 1950's school marm.
Such a disappointment.
