  • as a former person that reviewed I also consider myself a biweekly customer. the first time I went here they sent me to a guy that was new. he told me I couldn't watch him because he was nervous And he got acrylic clear up my hand, they were all sticky the whole time he was doing it and I just wanted to get up and walk out after I asked to wash my hands a couple times and he said no! very rudely.... anyway so when it was all said and done paid for it and gave him a good tip like I normally do because that is how they make their living. I had to come back two days later because they were lifting!!! I have been to every salon there is in the cranberry,Wexford, and gibsonia area. I have also been getting my nails done for 7 years. I know by now how they look and when they are going to lift... so anyway I went back and they sent me to another guy to fix it. this guy was treating me with disrespect because I came back and he had to fix another guys mistake. while he was doing my nails the guy that originally did them that was new came over and grabbed my hand looked at my nails and threw it on the table.... I also got my eyebrows done this visit and the lady waxed them so thin it looks Like I don't have any. Another time I went I scheduled an appt for don and I came in at my appointment time and don wasn't there. Lisa kept telling me wait more minutes and I ended up waiting an hour an a half then finally got up and walked out. that will be the last time I get my nails done there... I mean I just moved to pgh and I traveled 45 minutes out there and she didn't even call me to tell me he didn't show up to work and to cancel my appointment with me.
