Anyone who is on a Low Sodium diet, this place is NOT for you. Overall, I thought it was OK. I tried the majority of the meat (not chicken hearts though) and the only meat that was not overly salty was the chicken and tri-tip. The ribs, well lets say if you like pork rinds you will like them. They are at least 50% fat and slightly crispy on the outside like a pork rind and of course very salty. I know this place has a fan base but its just not my cup of tea. You certainly can eat your heart out to a good variety of food though and I know this appeals to a lot of people. They do have a good salad bar. The service was very good and the meat just keeps on coming as long as you want it.
