  • I need to update my review. Maybe I got lucky the first time here but ever since it's been a miss. Management really needs to improve their staff's service for large groups. I don't think they know how to function when you have a table of 4 or more. They ALWAYS seem to mess up the taco orders. I think the only time they didn't mess it up was when it was only my husband and I. Regardless I don't understand why it's so difficult. They need to fix their service issues ASAP or I might not be coming back. The food is always hit or miss. I can't really tell a difference between their taco toppings. They all seem the same to me. Nothing stands out to make them different. They also took away the margarita specials which is a total bummer... hopefully they will bring them back. Overall SouthBound is average. It wouldn't be my first choice for Mexican, but I do enjoy the open environment and the patio. Plus their chips and salsa is pretty decent.
