| - I am not one to post a review but it is necessary for me to post this bad review about this Starbucks location. My family and I came to this location to get some drinks on a Thursday afternoon. My cousin was in town visiting for the first time and also first time my mother had ever been to this Starbucks location. We ordered our drinks, paid, and OUT OF THE NOWHERE we begin to be falsely accused of giving two employees a hard time in the past by a unprofessional, ignorant, and rude supervisor named, Rae. Rae first told my family that a woman was giving her employees a hard time, then, she said that the same exact woman was with us the night prior, and lastly she said we were the ones who had given her employees a hard time. Her story made no sense and we were trying to understand what was going on. We kept telling Rae she had the wrong customers and with a condescending attitude Rae told us to take it to corporate because she didn't like how her employees named Leilani and Vivianna received a hard time. However, there is proof in the cameras that we were never there the night prior nor has my mother (only female) or my cousin who was in town visiting ever been at this Starbucks location. I am the only person who buys Starbucks at this location and I am a friendly guy who would never give anyone a hard time. It was clear Rae was lying and treating us like trash for no apparent reason and nothing to back up her claims. I have no idea why Starbucks hired a women like Rae or make her a supervisor with her horrible customer service. Also, BEWARE of ordering a so called complicated or specific drink at this location. I only ask for my usual drink (iced latte) to be filled to the brim without foam and apparently Leilani and Vivianna find that difficult and complained, ALLEGEDLY. It is common sense, Leilani and Vivianna should not be working at Starbucks, instead, they should be working at McDonalds, McCafe. This review is a small summary of everything that went down. Vivianna not wearing her name tag and rollin her eyes at my mother. Leilani hiding from the confrontation. Rae sounding and looking like a fool, hiding her name tag, and forgetting to give us our receipt. We were charged twice when we asked for a refund!!! My family and I took this crazy situation to corporate and hopefully they do something about the 3 stooges named Rae, Leilani, and Viviana. I never had a problem with any of the employees at this location until this unfortunate day. Sadly, Starbucks has 3 employees with no communication skills, customer service skills, or professionalism, working for the company.
