I first met North Hills Toyota when the dashboard lamps burned out in my 2001 Sienna. Other dealers claimed replacing the lamps was an all day job and would cost at least $500. North Hills told me they could do the job for $106. I dropped the van off and went to visit a friend nearby. 45 minutes later they called to tell me the vehicle was done, and the charge would be less than $90. Either the other dealers I priced were over-charging or the North Hills techs knew something the others did not. I've been a loyal customer ever since.
Recently I bought a very slightly used 2013 Camry Hybrid from them. The sales experience was okay, but not great. They missed the promised delivery date by a few days and some of my questions took a long time to get answered. There was an issue with one of the idiot lights that should have been fixed before delivery. They were generous on a few other issues and did make an effort to please us. Pricing was competitive. I would deal with them again mainly because of their service department. The sales staff we dealt with was weak on knowledge of performance issues of certain models and pricing of accessory items such as additional FOBs. Still they did make a real effort to make us happy even after the deal was cut.
Besides, they had the best coffee of all the dealers we visited.
