| - I dropped my MDX off in the morning at 7:15 AM. I was just getting an oil change and asked Cami to take a look at my front driver side door as it would not lock with the fob. I also asked her to give me a quote on installing a mirror-mounted radar detector. I received my loaner vehicle and went to work. By 1:00, I hadn't heard anything so I called to get an update. They said they would have someone contact me. Around 3:00, I received a call from JD who quoted me a price on the radar detector, and a list of items that needed to be done on the vehicle. I refused them all and he said he would have the car washed and would be ready in 30 minutes. I was at work until 4:15 so I couldn't up and leave to get my car. I made it to the dealership at 4:30, paid my balance and waited for my car. Then I waited some more. Then I saw a couple of people drive up, drop off their loaners, and drive away in their cars. And I waited some more. JD kept coming back and saying it will be right out. Finally he said he found it, still on the rack and that it would be right out. Normally, I'm not one to complain, and I prefaced that to JD before saying anything. I dropped my car off at 7:15 AM for a simple oil change, driver door lock issue, and a question about a radar installation, and I still had to wait for my car, which didn't get washed by the way. The last thing I wanted to do is stick around there even longer as I was already pissed enough. JD said they were really busy. I reiterated the fact that my car had been there since 7:15 AM. I wonder had I not called around 1:00 if my car would have even been done by the time I got there. My wife may continue to bring her TLX there, but I think I'm done with that place.
