  • About a month ago I was due for a colour. I decided to go here since it was very close and convenient. I thought for sure nothing could go wrong, since I used to get my hair cut here when I worked in the mall a few years ago. 1st of all the staff is all new. 2nd they still lack customer service friendliness, but it is better. I met with the colourist, after a brief consultation, she went to work. She talked the talk and sounded like she knew what she was doing. My hair once it was done seemed pretty dark, but I decided to go home and check it out in natural lighting...it definitely was brown, probably every shade of brown was in my hair. The top was reddish, the middle green brown, the ends black brown. I quickly called and she was very nice about it and said that I could come for a tone, however I decided not to go, because a tone will not get rid of the array of shades of brown in my hair. To her defense my hair was coloured before, with the ends leaving a bit of an old ombre, but when you are charging $120 just for colour and telling me what needs to happen, I expect better than a spotted leopard look! Lesson learned!
