rev:text	If there were more business man like Arturo, not just Vegas...the World, would be a better place. I will try not to bore you with all the details because sometimes long reviews can be boring, so I will list what impressed me and my husband the most. 1- Sunday morning, after our first night at a townhome rental, woke up to a massive flood downstairs. Quickly discovered it was the guest toilet. But wait, had not used it? 2- Owner not immediately available, went to trustworthy Yelp for advice. Found Arturo, after reading review s and in the mist of a breakdown. called Arturo at 11:09AM. Explained the issue, asked me to text address, said he would be by 45 minutes later. 3- 40 min later got a call from Arturo, he is on his way. Arrived apprx 15 min later. Immediatelly looked at the toilet and asked a couple of questions and said its your main drain line. 4- Arturo worked hard for apprx two hours not only using the snake on the main drain and the wet dry vac, pulling at least three pounds of debri and rocks, but went to two other lines which he also snaked and finally pulled about a pund or two of wet, hard discusting BABY WIPES! !!! 5- Arturo never complained, he kept busy the entire time, except when he took calls, which he would immediately excuse himseld for, you see he took our call due to the nature and emergency, not to mention my panic, however he had appts that he was running late for. He was apologetic and polite to his customers and even with a borrowed truck (he explained to us that his truck, the one in the pic, broke down) he was still trying to keep all his appointment s. 6- Arturo stayed until all lines were clear, had us test all three bathrooms and sinks and on top of that HELPED clean up....sorry did mention that years of backed up poop also came up in the patio????? 7- Arturo was proffesional, explained all steps of his work and the cause of the problem. He did not rush and to top it all off, charged us about 1/3 of what I am sure other companies would have charged us. He had all tools needed and without fancy equipment, like another yelper said, figured out the prob lem with his experience!!!
