  • The lady at the counter was extremely pushy and condescending towards me with the up sell. I get it that it is her job and were that the only issue I would be OK with it. However, the car I rented was so dirty on the outside that seeing out the windows was so hard I had to stop and clean them just to safely drive. The washer fluid was also out. There was a few small dents/scratching on the car. The guy checking me out was giving me a hard time about making notations on the check out sheet. Overall a bad experience. Go somewhere else.
