rev:text	Where to start?! I needed a cpl of tooth fragments removed. I am terrified if the dentist bc of previous experience. It was agreed that I would be put out for this. I also had to SWITCH INSURANCE. After FASTING since midnight, including WATER I arrive at their Squirrel Hill office. The AC is set Arctic freeze. Just to be clear {cold+ (-water)}= no blood flow. Therefore, bad conditions for getting back vein. The doctor looks at each of my arms for about MAYBE 5 SECONDS, says there aren't any veins so we're not doing that. Well wait a minute? Can't we at least try? Oh no they say, because we're NOT GOING TO STICK YOU multiple times! Then proceeds to JAM a NEEDLE full of novacaine into various areas of my mouth!! 7 STICKS IN ALL!!. Painful and deep... Hurt so bad... Am I the only one who sees how crazy this is? I tell them, if you're going to jam that thing in my face so many times why not stick my arm instead to try n get the line in!? He would not. Said he'd look again and only looked at one arm BRIEFLY. ONE! Instead wants me to go to hospital and have a LINE PUT IN MY JUGULAR. This is the honest for real truth. Let me also mention that my dad gave up his morning to take me bc they said I have to have a person not only bring me, but STAY the ENTIRE TIME. Even though my daughter was with us, and there are no toys or books in waiting room. This was a total fail and I couldn't be more dissatisfied. I'd give negative stars if possible. The Doctor himself did seem very nice, but he wasn't willing at all to even try. Happy to stab me in the mouth w needles though.
