  • I have been here before and they did a great job the first time. Then today I came in for a fill. Let's start off with the fact that Chi(nail artist) was constantly cutting my fingers with the drill and saying "sorry I have to because of the shape" NO YOU DID NOT HAVE TO CUT MY FINGERS 4 TIMES. While continuing to laugh about my fingers being cut she would lose control if the drill and it would AGAIN, cut my fingers. THEN, she forgot to trim my nails underneath my acrylics on JUST the left hand but she did the right. NOW, the best part, while I'm trying to take my mind if the burning sensation of my cut up fingers by watching the tv above my head, she puts on GEL WITHOUT ASKING ME. How do I find out? When I go to pay for my usually $20 fill, it comes out to $35! THEN I ask her how much and she continues to tell ME that I was the one who asked for it! NO I DID NOT. I am a full time college student who works a part time job just to pay my bills, and you think I'm going to ask for gel????? NO. So now I have gone over my very small budget & my ONE day off has become a nightmare of pain and expense. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!!!
