  • I have not had good experiences at this salon across the board. I've been several times, and the quality has been as inconsistent as the customer service. On one occasion I have had color done poorly enough here that I had to request a redo and come in again to get it fixed. (The fix, which was complimentary, helped but still didn't 100% correct the issue). I have also been treated rudely by both a stylist and desk staff, and was improperly overcharged for one appointment. While I obtained a refund for the overcharge after requesting it, my customer service experience during the refund process was terrible. I have had the pleasure of being a client at several reputable salons elsewhere that charge prices similar to Luxe, but the experiences I had at those places and my experience coming here are night and day different. If you want to charge higher-end prices, you need to provide a higher-end service and experience. I won't be going back to Luxe and can't recommend it.
