  • Worst customer service. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to check in, walked all the way to my room with my bags only to find out they gave me the WRONG KEY. So I walked all the way back to the front desk & waited in line for another 25 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I am appalled & will not be returning to this horribly run down hotel
