Worst experience ever. We signed up for 4 lessons as a trial. We completed two but my son was sick for one and then they messed up the time for the other. They said we could make them up but when we came to do that they refused and said we couldn't. We explained we understood for the time he was sick but not for the time which was their mistake. We asked for a manager and was told there was not one onsite and they could not provide us with contact information. They told us if we wanted the two lessons we paid for, we would need to pay the $25 enrollment plus buy two more. We were so frustrated we said no and left. The next Saturday they called asking where we were!!!! SO DISORGANIZED!!! They did that same thing two times before with scheduling issues. I completely understand about not getting a makeup session when he was sick since he was not enrolled. I do not understand them not providing a makeup for the session missed due to their own error. I have tried calling the corporate office to speak with a manager and they are never available or no one answers. So disappointed since we had heard such good things.
