  • Great steakhouse! The best I've had since I've been living here in Vegas! Excellent service! I loved how the waiters and the chef that night wanted to listen to people's opinions of the dishes. Right when we arrived, they allowed us to sample an appetizer on the house, and the waiters asked for our opinion about it. It was a flaky chicken salad puff of some sort, and it was delicious! The side dishes I had were the mushrooms and asparagus. Scrumptious! As for the steak....SUPERB! I had the steak in the bone (forgot the real name), and it was really good! My goodness! The environment is very dim but elegant. Fancy dining, for sure. I will always love that the waiters are wearing suits and always ask your opinion about every dish you try! They were even nice enough to give me a cute little chocolate dessert for my birthday for free! I love Delmonicos!
