  • Went in Harris Teeter to get coffee. We are not from here and our grandmother is in the hospital dying. I ask for a venti hot coffee and asked for cream and sugar. KRISTI proceeded to tell me that I have to add my own. Seriously?! Add my own?! And she was rude as well. When I come back to visit my family here I will never return to this location. Unless you're a snotty white stuck up old lady, you will get horrible service.
