The second time around was a better experience. I went on a weekday afternoon and surprisingly there was still a steady stream of customers.
After expressing my concerns about the liquid nitrogen incident from last time I was informed that it is safe even if it splashes on you. Either way I hope they will take care not to let it splash on customers in the future. Perhaps a sign of some sort would help (they already have one telling you not to put it in other containers).
This time I tried the frozen breath (Cheetos frozen with liquid nitrogen) and the chocolate brownie ice cream. The frozen breath was a pretty cool experience actually! I was surprised by how cold the Cheetos were and it was fun blowing out the smoke(?). You should eat this first because the effect wears off. I think this was worth the experience.
The chocolate ice cream comes with brownie chunks and two toasted (torched) marshmallows. I was surprised by how rich and chocolatey this was - if you're a chocolate lover you'll like it! Personally I'm more of a matcha person but this was still good. The toasted marshmallows add different flavors as well. The ice cream here tends to melt fast!
Next time I would try some of the fruitier items on the menu.
