  • Went to buy a charger for my ipad. I was asked if I needed help, said yes. Associate looked at the ipad on display, said he had never seen it and walked away. When I saw him again he said he had called someone to help me. Nobody ever showed while he decided to go talk to his buddy. Their slogan should not include the words expert service, but should include the words help yourself because nobody here will.
