rev:text	Something has happened to my Paco's from a year ago - we went in not that long ago and were so disappointed in the way we were treated by the snobby hostess that we nearly left before we had a chance to get seated. (Why must they act like you're bothering them?!?) We didn't want to sit outside because it was somewhat windy out - and apparently there weren't any inside tables available - so the hostess was really snippy that we wouldn't take the table outside. When we did get seated, we were happy to order margaritas and guac (both of which were DELICIOUS).... but my favorite salad was missing from the menu - (I literally used to dream of this salad it was so tasty). I ordered another and my hubs ordered tacos. His was a bit greasy when it arrived and my salad truly felt like an afterthought. The lettuce was hardly even chopped!! It was WHOLE leaves and probably could have been called a WEDGE salad since it was BIG leaves. The toppings were sparse (also not like I remembered when I was more frequent) - our chips kept coming so that made up for it I guess. I definitely left FULL of tortilla chips, salsa and guac. My salad was hardly noteworthy and my husband's tacos were weak. Hoping this was just an "off" day - or I'm afraid it's a sign that Paco's is on their way out. :(
