  • I went in yesterday to make a return/exchange and let me tell you that their customer service is "beyond" exceptional. Vicki, I believe is the store managers name, is so understanding and made the whole process seamless. Shelly, another manager, was really great as well. I appreciated her listening to my concerns. I just brought home the new Dyson V10 Absolute vacuum and it's so far exceeded my expectations. I was worried about it not having as good of a suction as my cinetic animal+allergy but wow I'm impressed. Anyways, I thought because of the amazing team in Gilbert, I should write a review thanking everyone but also shout them out socially. I love this store!
