  • Just a warning that if you reserve through a third party they will place you in the "historic" section which translates to tarped up windows and consistent construction noises, including your very own personal 8am Saturday wake up call, courtesy of those hammering outside. After requesting a room change, staff offered the SAME EXACT room on a floor below the one I was assigned to, with no other options for change. I practically had to hunt them down (by phone and then in person) to talk to them about it, which made the entire thing even worse. Had anyone at any point been genuinely invested in trying to find a solution, I think my rating would have been much higher. The rooms actually have tremendous potential but this entire experience has left me wondering whether they should be renting these rooms at all. If you're planning a nice relaxing trip, Avoid this place at all costs.
