  • Extremely disappointed with this 5-star resort and the poor quality. My husband and I travel often for our travel blog and were looking forward to coming here. We stayed two nights in a room with roaches. I was so scared last night that roaches would crawl into my bed I couldn't sleep. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
