  • If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has HORRIBLE service and does not fit the Mazda service model. I chose Mazda for my car because I like the cars but also for their amazing service. A smaller company that cares about their customers. This place does not care about you at all. My car battery died Thursday morning. My husband charged it and I went about my errands and stopped by the dealer later that day for them to check the battery. Walked away with a good report. The only reason the battery had a good report is because I had been driving around. Friday morning same thing of no start. Husband charges it and I went to work. Had a long shift and it wouldn't start after work. Had to call AAA and they gave me a report to show the battery is dead with a time stamp and everything. Saturday morning I go to the dealer and am told if the battery reports as good on their machine they can't cover it with the warranty. I explain the situation and even am prepared to hand over my AAA battery report. Offer to leave my car and take a loaner so they can try it Monday morning and see it does not work. No loaners and no solutions. Pretty much I just have to pay for it even though under warranty if I want the issue fixed. Asked to speak to a manager and told no manager in. NO solutions. Not even a contact number given to reach the manager on another date. I left here and went to Chapman Mazda where they actually try to help you. I only went to Cardinale Way because I moved to Surprise and it's closer. However anytime I need service and when I eventually buy another Mazda it will be at Chapman where I have always been taken care of and they treat me with the true Mazda customer service model. Cardinale Way will make you feel like you are at the average car dealer dealing with the runaround and not a single care about helping you.
