I walked in and saw a beautiful china set, I thought my mother would love since she lost hers in her recent divorce. I looked around for what I was looking for which was a tea set for her (originally) I noticed the China set had a lot of tea cups and creamer. The set was $300 or $350 I asked the manager if the set was all there and in good shape; he said yes. I paid for it, I was an easy customer. They quickly wrapped everything up for me. I surprised my mom with this set for Christmas. She was ecstatic. She opened it (first item) the creamer had a noticeable crack and after we finally unwrapped everything there were an uneven amount of tea cups and no tea pot. The set is beautiful but incomplete and needs 2 + items replaced. The replacements are pricey for what I gathered. I contacted the store manager and he told me to look for the missing and broken item on some website that did not have what I was looking for OR anything close to it. I contacted the manager again and he offered me a gift card (I thought so I can buy the missing items, but when I went back the manager said the gift card will be for THEIR OWN STORE. Not sure how that wou helped and why I would spend any more money in that store when they don't have the missing items for purchase. Problem unresolved. They didn't seem to care. So here I am. Leaving a review. Make sure to NOT trust employees because customer service is not their priority and they are not good at their job. I will not be back. Now I'm stuck with this set till I one day finally find the puzzle pieces online. Not a good experience at all.
Update. I HAD ASKED YOUR MANAGER IF THE SET WAS COMPLETE AND IN A GOOD SHAPE AND HE SAID IT WAS SO...... sorry I trusted him. When I went back he said he knew it was broken. Super frustrating to read your response and it still doesn't help the situation but to irk me even more.
