  • Last time I checked the Statue of Limitations to collect debt is 180 days to collections and up to 5 years to collect a debt in the state of Arizona. These guys think three days is suffice with Soprano style tactics by banging your door until you open JUST to collect a debt. Hey, things happen and I couldn't answer you in a timely matter but don't send one of your technicians in a threatening manner to collect what is owed to you. What if I didn't have the money? Were you going to break my thumbs or collect with a 30% interest? Definite one star. It's sad since the last time I dealt with Safelite, it was a good experience- not this sh^*! 1/5 all the damn way.
