  • We had service with Time Warner and now it's Spectrum. Time Warner seems to have much better sales and support. Spectrum raised rates by $20 and won't offer any package promotion or reduction even by dropping to Basic without dropping our Internet speeds and I need it for work. They refused to budge and I found out why: no Google or AT&T fiber is offered in my location they have zero real competition. Price gouging since they have no competition here.
