  • Love the set up and look of this little lounge, very old school Vegas feel. Dropped in while Life is Beautiful was raging outside for the three days in late September and was unnerved to see out of place youngsters in mom shorts and skinny jeans swarming this joint. Yikes, is anyone checking IDs? Such a weird vibe, totally a one off, but, their money is just as beautiful as anyone's, so hey, welcome one and all. Keep Nevada green! Anyway, the reason for three stars is cocktails. We happened to drop in during late night happy hour, but I wonder if quality of drinks fluctuates at a normal time. If it does, I'm game! If it doesn't- steer clear. The $3 pint sounded AWESOME, but turns out it's only the IPA and I don't do bitter and hoppy. Second option- 2 for 1 cocktails- sure, let me double fist those Bloody Marys! Except that the quality of the mix is so bottom of the barrel, I would hardly consider serving these to complimentary cocktail patrons in the slot pit, let alone people who are paying money for their beverages. I'd like to give them another try one day, but it might take me a bit to get back to this bar with the choices and competition DT provides.
